Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Came here for dinner bc it’s been a while and I was not impressed. This place has def went downhill as far as their quality of food and the things they have to offer. The menu shows they also have frozen alcoholic drinks only to find out they do not because the machine has been broken for over a year but they never bothered to fix their menu and not advertise frozen drinks. The spinach dip was the worst I’ve ever had here.

I went to Cheddar's 10-29-22 for a birthday celebration. I ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole. The food was warm not hot and I didn't bring it up because we were a party of 20 celebrating a birthday and the waiter was having a hard time keeping up. I mentioned to the waiter that he made need help at least with drinks that never happened. So I spoke to a manager and told him that it wasn't a complaint against the waiter, but with such a large party he needed help, he said ok it never happened. I didn't find out until the end that the manager asked the waiter if he needed help and the waiter said no, not cool on both their parts. The food was mediocre the service was not good. I will not be returning.

Very wonderful dinner. The ambiance was lovely. Service was great as well as the food. The green beans were honestly phenomenal that my girlfriend had with her chicken fried steak. I had ribs and chicken strips, with cheddar broccoli sides and loaded mashed potatoes. It was great and of course absolutely filling. Lot of food. The crescent rolls were an unusual nice surprise. Not used to those but very delicious. The Wisconsin cheese fries were absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be back.
