Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Disappointed with what I remember the service and quality of Cheddar’s was. Took a while to get our drinks, including the water. Our server was doing a great job but seemed unable to keep hold of all his tables. Not sure if this is an experience level, or a lack of staff. The food and drinks were good. That is after we got our correct food. Brought out a wrong plate then left, took a minute for us to find someone as he brought back the correct plate.

EDIT: Cheddar's guest relations has reached out, and we had a lovely, quick conversation, and the problem was rectified. It's great to know that customer retention and quality services are important when there's a problem. Effort and accountability matter. I love to see it. ???? Our server was great, very attentive, and in good spirits. The food was decent and well priced for the quantity. Our only problem was the ant population. While they weren't present in droves, there shouldn't have been any ants on the table. We didn't bring it to the attention of our server, because she'd have just moved us to a new table and apologized for something that wasn't her fault, and ultimately, our faith in the ant population elsewhere in the restaurant wasn't exactly pristine. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Due to the Pandemic or Inflation Cheddars is out of several favorable items. Food was good just didn't have a few old favorites.
