Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Disgusting. Dirty. Hostess unfriendly. Table extremely greasy and sticky - made me lose my appetite. Debris and garbage under the table and in the seats. Food overcooked and greasy. We only stopped because it was past 10p and they were open and we were hungry. It looked so nice from outside! Wish we went to McDonald’s instead. Also not sure why but the minority customers were seated on a completely different side of the restaurant from the non minority patrons. It looked cleaner on the non minority side. Don’t go, you’ll regret it. Felt like I had to sanitise myself when we left. However I must say our waiter was very nice and efficient - the only “plus” of this experience.

This was the greatest experience. B was the greatest waitress. She was very attentive to all her guests. My food (ribs) was slightly cold. It was taken back, and another order was made to perfection. I'm not sure what happened that first time. There were 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 1 to 13 years of age. If I lived in the area, that would be my go-to spot every time. Thanks B you were fantastic!

Bring your hot sauce & your patience... The Food: The food here lacks flavor across the board. Literally, you have to put salt/pepper/hot sauce on everything to taste anything. The honey croissants are so yummy though! ???? The Service: The customer service here is struggling. Servers disappear. Bartenders are slow. No manager in sight. The hosts are generally friendly.
