Went thru the drive thru waited for about 15 minutes, got my food (Big Bufford) meal and a chili cheese dog with everything. Well to start with the burger and fries where cold, the chili cheese dog had no cheese the only thing that was right was the drink. Not sure that I will go back again.
Food is pretty good. Their fries are unbelievable however the service is questionable. You never know if you're gonna get an attitude from these ppl. I guess its about average fr most fast food joints customer service. However what keeps me coming back here is the food quality and the fountain sodas usually are pretty good. Never flat that I've noticed.
Stopped in on a fluke, because my buddy had a BOGO coupon for the Big (slop) Buford. Thought I'd add some fries and changed the price from $6 and some change, to $15+. Not sure how they thought their fries (even though decent) would be worth $10.
