Worst checkers I’ve ever been to. Walked to the front and waited 15 minutes watching them serve people that just pulled into the drive thru. Then when I received my food they forgot my drink and ignored me while I stood in front of the window for almost another 10 minutes. When she finally gave me my drink she put it down on an uneven surface and it tipped over and the lady didn’t even apologize just closed the window on me. When I finally opened my sandwich it was so messy there was mayo all over the the outside of the sandwich And lettuce was all over the outside. I usually don’t give bad reviews but that was horrible. They need to close it down in my opinion

Talking to a machine is a plus when you consider the lack of customer service skills for the most part, but that only goes so far. If business owners wonder why business is affected, it could be bad service. Good service helps Chicfila. The machine that takes the orders is the only reason for the 2 stars. Outside of customer service being a hit or miss, if you don't get the machine you will potentially have your order made incorrectly if the person comes on the intercom instead of allowing the machine to take the order correctly. The final product (the food), is something you have to cross your fingers on. You never know if your meal will look as if it were just thrown together with lettuce on top of the bun spilling out of the wrapper or a bun appears as if someone took a bit out of it. No customers = No job, and some people don't get that but that's when supervisors, management, and owners/corporate have to step in.

The speaker box was weird and automated for the entire ordering process. The person at the window forgot to give us a drink. But we asked for ranch and she was so pressed about it thar we just didn't bother asking for anything else.
