Checkers

Two times I have tried to get two different orders at this place ( 13625 S Dixie Hwy Miami Fl) and two times the Night Shift have been rude. The orders are always delayed even when the team is complete. The worse experience happened today Sunday February 5th, 2023, at 2:00AM with one of its employee that treated me like a street dog. I was trying to pick up an order for Uber eats and since I arrived at the restaurant she started screaming at me. I had to cancel the order with the costumer because of her. I felt offended and discriminated. My finances were also affected because I could not complete the delivery. I don’t know if the owners know the very bad customer service and bad experience this Night Shift is offering to the customers. My recommendation is not go to this Checker restaurant until management get the whole shift fired. They are not working efficiently and they are mistreating the customers. First time going to a checkers and the customer service was awful, terrible first impression. Fries are also pretty mid. Doubt I'd vist any checkers again

Honestly, idk why this doesn’t have 5 stars total. If you after 8pm, the person who makes the food WILL DELIVER. omgggg. Juicyyyy and delicious !
