Chatham Tap Fishers

They need to do a better job of cleaning their floors. They feel greasy. It's gross. The food here is decent but it's nothing to write home about. The last two times I've been here the cooks messed up my order pretty bad. For example, we came here for an early dinner. They weren't busy. My son ordered a regular cheeseburger with onion rings. Our food came, his didn't. The cook forgot about it. TWENTY minutes later it finally came but they forgot his onion rings. Fifteen minutes later his onion rings came out but it got so late we had to leave. We weren't offered a discount or anything, just a lazy apology and that was it. I don't expect free handouts but this was unreal. It took far too long to get his forgotten order out. To top it off, his burger was so overcooked it was like beef jerky - just inedible. I paid the bill in full, tipped as expected, but we won't be coming back anytime soon. Chatham Tap, you really let us down.

Love these guys, the Fish and Chips is the best. I just dont understand why they don't do pick up orders just because they are busy. You're not delivering, that's fine. But not even pick up? Maybe understaffed, I guess? I don't know, it just seemed weird.

Ordered take out from here and it was some of the best I've had! The Rosemary Roast Beef & Brie sandwich was perfect-- not too much horseradish, just the perfect amount for flavor. The bread was so soft and flavorful! Highly recommend the seasoned French fries as well!!
