I ordered some food for a family memorial from this place over Labor Day weekend and was not disappointed. Found it on Google and all the great reviews told me this was the place to use. Got about 10 pounds of brisket and 5 pounds of sausage and was blown away by the great bbq. Both meats were a hit for sure. The jalapeno sausage was great by itself. CTB had sliced it up so it made it great to serve and it paired up nicely as a finger food. The brisket was perfect to me. Just enough fat to keep it juicy. Seasoning was spot on. Thanks again Chasin Tail!
Delicious Texan barbecue. Brisket was moist and flavorful. Ribs were spot on.
I emailed with Mike a few weeks ago about a large order, for a a lake party I do every year. He was so friendly and helpful via email. The day of, same thing. Also, the restaurant is SO CLEAN!!! like noticeably clean. Loving the vibe here. Support local and go eat! Food is delicious!!!
