Charlie’s Chicken should revamp their method of serving customers. Chicken chunks are great but the heat-lamp dried side dishes were not appetizing. It's more like diner food instead of fast food. With options like chicken fried steak, meatloaf, fried okra, and banana pudding Charlie's chicken stands alone in the fast food world. They even have daily specials on week days. The food is always good but in my opinion the sides are the best!
