Customer service is definitely lacking. When a customer enters your establishment without being acknowledged for a solid 3 or 4 minutes, that's unacceptable. Also hardly any meat on the sandwiches and haphazardly thrown together. Overall very disappointed.
purchased the philly cheese steak sandwich to go with an order of fries for my husband. He was very pleased, said it was very good. The service was great. Definetely a place to try again
This Charley's location is EXCELLENT! Super clean and staff is very friendly. The food is made with ALL the love! The cheese steaks are a good size and perfectly portioned.
