Charleys Cheesesteaks

I love Charleys. Get it anytime I’m hungry while shopping at the mall. So I was thrilled to see they offer delivery now. Except I waited over an hour past the expected delivery time frame. So I easily could have picked this up myself then a while ago. When I called to have the order cancelled I was told it’s not possible the foods been made and to take it up with uber eats. I didn’t order from uber eats and have nothing to contact them through. My confirmation number came from Charleys. So it’s three hours later and I’m being delivered ICE COLD cheesesteaks…with a refusal for reimbursement…cool. Wish I’d known when I ate there last time it was the LAST time lol.

Foods decent as it always is when I come here, had to wait 10-15 minutes for a family to finish their order, but thats not really the servers problem, what is however is the fact that I'm getting Nickel and dimed for a cup of ranch, 75 cents? Seriously?

Be careful if you order delivery. They will cancel the order and still charge you! The store doesn’t have a direct number, but I immediately called corporate when the charge posted. The woman I spoke to told me she’d pass my information on and someone would call me. Never happened. Someone finally texted me, said they were looking in to it, and they would follow-up the next day. Never heard from them again. I reached out via Facebook messenger and they told me to email someone. Yeah, no. I disputed the charge with my bank and they are taking care of it. Totally ridiculous that I was ever charged in the first place when Charley’s is the one that canceled the order. And just to clarify, the order was placed through the Charley’s app; it wasn’t placed through a third party like Grub Hub or Door Dash. I’ve enjoyed their food for decades, but after this truly pathetic customer service, I don’t plan to return. I feel like they tried to steal from me, frankly.
