I have been a customer since they open, at the beginning it was great, but lately they are not as good. First they took out the crispy onions, the young guys that work the grill are talking so loud that you can't hear the cashier. Every time we visit the mall, I eat at Charleys, well today I ask for a California with onions, mushrooms and green peppers, and what I got was a couple of onions and I couldn't find the mushrooms or green peppers. I went back to the cashier and I told her I ask for a Cali with everything, she said it's there but when they put it in the grill it gets small. I couldn't be more disappointed. I will not it at Charleys anymore. Attache is a picture of my sandwich and you tell me if that it's a cali w everything.
