Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Tonight staff was really helpful and was early to pick order but was out quick! The place is clean! Not to crowded as well and enough space! And smells great in here! Usually don’t got go places in area due to it being messy or bad attitudes and this Charlie’s was refreshing! 9/11 night staff Donnell, Jasmine, Charles, Ted need a raise!! All outstanding!

Don't waist your time or money here. There is an exceptional Charlyes about 3.5 miles away. I was made to wait 25 mins for my food. When they realized they skipped my order they went to the door dash section and grabbed food that had been sitting for as long as I had been waiting, to make my order. Food is cold as could be. When I said something to the lady she just looked at me and smiled. Even with gas approaching 6 bucks a gallon just drive a few miles and go to a real location. After reading several reviews this location should just shut down. Seriously this franchise owner should cut his loss'now!

From the looks of other reviews I can see this is a problem. I ordered this on Door Dash at 5:20. Door Dash waited a long time for the food. Almost 2 hours later we received soggy fries and sandwiches that were so burnt we can't eat them. We spent over $35. Stay away from here.
