Charcoal Chicken

Came to this place with my family for lunch and left very upset and disappointed. I had the same exact problem than the person who reviewed before. We were not told that 18% gratuity was included in the bill and was hit with $36.00 dollars over our regular Bill. If the service was great, I wouldn’t mind it, but the service was not worth it. I always tip, but the tip varies depending on the quality of the service. The lady waiter was in a hurry. She was the only one there in charge of the tables and the pick up, and even when there were not a lot of people dining, you could notice she got overwhelmed. The rice with shrimps was a good amount but it was dry and with no flavor. The chicken quarter was tiny to the point that we had to order another one for a little kid. The prices are very high for the type of restaurant and the quality of the food. I’m all about supporting small businesses, especially Latinos, since I believe we should have each other’s back, but we know better than to of

I would have given it zero stars if it let me. We sat there for almost two hours before our food came out. Then on top of that the food came out wrong. The whole time we sat there waiting not once were we asked if we needed another drink. Horrible!!! And way overpriced!!!

Very nasty food Customer service ???????? chicken was salty too much sazón, more than 45 minutes for the food arrived and added a 18% tips we ridiculously customers service and the price like a franchise restaurant , too high
