Chapman's Eat Market

I had heard good things from quite a few people and our visit did not disappoint! The Chapmanhattan cocktail was on point. Staff was engaging and attentive. The General Tao cauliflower is amazing, textures are perfect on this starter. The simple yet perfect citrus salad was refreshing. For main, it cannot be recommended enough to eat the chicken and shrimp Khoi Soi —the flavor of this curry sauce is wonderful! Pecan pie with cafe au lait was the perfect finish. Chill vibes throughout the building. I’ll be back to try more dishes soon

We went for the set course menu to try it out. The atmosphere of the place is great and cozy. Lovely art pieces and the bar area was beautiful. The course menu changes so you don’t know what to expect. The food was a combination of good at times and odd at times. There was also never enough of it to enjoy and felt more bite size. While I understand it’s a course menu it felt like it was missing a main course that would stand out and be the star. Everything felt minor and the drink pairing was standard affair. The dessert drink was exceptional though. Service was good but at times time between courses were longer than they should be. I’d consider coming back for their regular menu instead of the set course menu.

REVISED REVIEW from April 2023 - Still WOW! appetizers, cocktails, main course, and desert were all off the chain! Review from February 2023: WOW!!!! Everything was absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff!! Appetizer, main courses, desserts... All incredible!
