Never ate Lebanese food before. Everything was fantastic. The gyro was very good, and my first time having lamb. Definitely a lamb convert. I will be back again. Also the prices are decent. Given the way the economy is now I think that they're fair prices for what you get, and the portions are humongous. Thank you cedar for a wonderful meal.
Tried Cedar for a take-out recently and had their falafel plate. Pita was warm and although hummus and falafel were fresh too, personally, it seemed to lack flavor. Having read other positive reviews, would still give it another try and perhaps order something else off the menu.
If you ask around Rochester for a great place to grab lunch, you’ll likely get multiple people mentioning Cedar at the top of their list. The flavors from all the menu items standout themselves, but the pita bread here is some of the best you will find anywhere!
