Class is detailed and you learn how to cook the BBQ just perfectly. Mike is a great BBQ master and teacher. Would highly recommend taking Mikes class even if you’re not into BBQ take it with a friend and it’ll be the best decision you made all year. Yummm! Thanks Mike!

Mick was amazing and shared so much info about making good BBQ and smoking meat. We made ribs, pulled pork, chicken and pizza. He's got every grill imaginable and has tons of knowledge. We are looking forward to an upcoming class on Mexican food.

We had a lovely time at our class. Mick fielded all of our questions—even off topic ones. I’d be back for food or to host an event. It was a fabulous day of true bbq.
