I have seen others comment with similar feedback going back months. We ordered online today and waited for 40 minutes to get our food. There were others waiting just as long and several people asked to speak to the manager. No one apologized for the inconvenience or gave a heads up that this place was running very behind. The manager was not helpful. Very poor customer service. This was our first time going here so not sure if this is normal. The food was good.
Really good food however i always have issues when i order online. Last time i had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time to get my food and they forgot my sauces. This time my bowl was ready when i got there however it was missing a protein, 3 toppings and my side pita.
Stole our money. Ordered $50 worth of food and received one bowl we ordered. talked to the manager who was beyond disrespectful. Said she didn't care about our inconvenience and wasn't her issue. She refused to give us back our money back. Joke of management at this location. Won't ever go back.
