Caspian Mediterranean kitchen

Staying the weekend in east Lake Forest, we chose Caspian Mediterranean just passing by and looking for someplace to eat. However, we're so glad we did! The atmosphere, food, and service were all first class. We started with the Vegetable Samosas, which were much larger than expected and delicious. I had the Lamb Skewers. I love lamb, and this was very tender and delicious. I recommend getting it medium rare. Many dishes come with basmati rice, beautifully presented with cranberries and green onions, that really add a nice touch to this very flavorful rice. All I had left when I was full was half of my rice, but i still took it to go because it was so good. The staff and management were very attentive, and the whole dining experience was wonderful.

We finally made it in this new restaurant in Foothill Ranch and it did not disappoint! The restaurant itself is beautiful, but the great service from Chris our server was what you would get from a 5 star restaurant. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back on a Friday , Saturday night when they have live Flamingo music !

Great place for parties! The meals are a little pricey but the location looks really nice and clean. Professional staff, live music and delicious food! Highly recommend it if you’re a Persian Food fan!
