Food A+ Cost $$ Service Good to Bad Employees No masks Delicious authentic Mexican food. Servers no longer wear masks. Very clean facility, restrooms well maintained, plenty of parking and visible from street but in corner of home depot mall. Ambiance is relaxed and enjoyable, and for the most part quiet. Most employees super wonderful but one time their credit card machine was down and they didn't make that obvious or well enough known and an unprofessional employee began to argue and mock elderly couple, fortunately they had enough cash but shame on you casa jimenez for hiring and keeping employees with such poor public relations skills. very disgusting memory. shame shame shame , not exactly what I want to say but I want to keep this post professional. Parking: Plenty of parking shared with strip mall Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, wheel chair fairly easily enters restaurant and handicap tables immediately by front door.

Waiting staff was pretty rude behind my back. It's not evident that I speak Spanish but people need to be careful who they want to talk bad about right in front of others. Making fun of using a fork and knife to cut a not so tender steak (it's called etiquette for others) and laughing because I was trying to be courteous in front of my mother in law by making sure I didn't have any left over food on my face. Pretty disgraceful. Not to mention on top of that the food is below average. You could get better huevos rancheros at a street vendor. Go waste your money somewhere else.
