Casa Chapala's Grill

I think this place was sold or new owners? We used to love this place but now.....there is a lack of flavor. Serves are cold and not very knowledgeable. Go back to what is was.

We ordered 12 tacos de carne asada and a fajitas (beef chicken and shrimp) through uber eats. The food was very very tasty!!! Even the beans! The only thing I noticed is the amount of fajitas was very small compared to 4 years ago (I saw a picture posted four years ago of the same to go fajitas and they looked better back then, more full) HOWEVER the taste was VERY VERY GOOD! We had a total of 6 shrimp, chicken, and asada. The asada did not have a lot of fat which is always appreciated as you pay good money for these plates and the last thing you want is to pay for a lot of fat. Loved the browned onions! The tacos were good too. I think I found my new local Mexican restaurant.

Food is good customer service is absolute trash. Placed an online order and the worker had given it to someone else, then proceeded to argue claiming it wasn’t his fault he gave the order to someone else. He then told me if I wanted my food I would have to pay again. I understand mistakes happen but to not be offered a remedy for his own mistake is just rude. I called the app and got it refunded but wasted my entire break only to not eat. Disappointing at the least.
