Carrie's Conservatory

We were excited to come here for dinner but what a disappointment. The hostess ignored us and took a long phone call rather than address the customers right in front of her. The menu is not what we found online. It was much smaller and not impressive. Drinks were great but would not recommend for dinner. Also confused club sort of ambiance. Hate the smell of this place too. They seem to be pumping in some nasty air freshener. It could be saved if management cared about their target demographic.

Overall I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant. Lionel and Chris were super nice and made sure to introduce themselves while also recommending their favorites! I did not however think the smell of alcohol on the long haired managers breath was appropriate considering he was on the floor with customers. Several comments were made by him that made me uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful!

Worst customer service ever. We visited the restaurant on property and did not have anyone come to our table for over 30 minutes to take our order for food/drinks. We had to wave someone down to have them help us. After an hour passed, we still did not receive any food or drinks. I cannot comment on actual food/drink since I never received them but the service was the absolute worst I have ever had and I will not recommended this establishment to anyone. To have staff walk right past the table without any care of service or contact is laughable. No server came to our table to check on us the whole time. Not even worth 1 star.
