I’ve been using Carrabba’s Curbside service since the pandemic. I’m pleased with the service that I receive from the curbside team members, but Jolie is exceptional. She sets the standard for the team. Jolie provides excellent customer service every time. She’s always pleasant and greets me with a smile. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customers. My order is always correct. Jolie is leadership material, but is best at being the face of Carrabba’s. Food was delicious, as usual. Salad was very fresh. Chicken was so juicy and cooked perfectly. Jolie, our waitress, went above and beyond in every way to make sure we had an enjoyable meal! Kept our drinks refilled without us asking, checked in with us several times in a non intrusion way. Will definitely return. If you dine at Carrabba’s in Morrow on Sunday ask for Jolie! :)
This place was a nice chill spot to go grab a bite to eat with the wifey. The drinks were great and as always my wife wanted to try something new to drink. She ordered a manly drink & it ended up being to strong for her but she drank all of it. The food was delicious. I ordered the pork chops & I forget what she ordered. My pork chops was so tender & juicy. That will be my go to plate from now on. The waitress we had deserved every single penny that we gave her for her tip. She suggested things to my wife because she's very undecided. Lol
