They was more worried about the wine tasting than a regular customer. Took my daughter and family there for my daughters birthday dinner . Server kept forgetting stuff and he was trying to keep us right but with them pushing all the regular customers over to one side he was just getting overwhelmed I guess but still in house management should have a better grip on stuff. Very disappointed
The worst Carabas experience. My kid’s meal came literally with 4 pieces of ravioli, the chicken tender were fried in a 100 years old oil… Food was bad… And took 46 minutes to arrive to our table. The waitress was awesome otherwise. Thank you and we truly know that’s not your fault. Management need to take action!
I have never been disappointed with this restaurant chain, wherever the location may be. This was our 1st time visiting this particular one and we left happy, satisfied and full! That pudding dessert was chef's kiss!!( Sorry forgot what it's called)
