We had an incredible experience at the Lutz Carrabba's. Kristen was our server and was absolutely excellent. The food was extra delicious and everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back.
A classic for a reason. Great service, great food that's always consistent, and not too harsh on the wallet. Still my favorite Italian food chain since I was a kid. ???????? ????????????
We have been enjoying this location for years - as a couple, with friends, with family, and with guests. Food, service and have always been outstanding. Attractive and appealing presentations.Like everyone else this past year Carrabba’s has been forced to increase prices, some substantially, but quality still makes it a good value. The Dine Rewards Program and Seniors’ Discounts are appreciated. Always amazed how those young servers manage the huge loaded trays, a side show in itself! When Covid struck we switched to curbside pickup and have been ordering that way since. Once, and only once, was there a complication: after waiting an unusual 45 minutes, the server and her supervisor both insisted there was no order for us. It took the Manager a relatively short time to come up with a replacement order and… a $20 gift card for our trouble! Shortly after I arrived home I was asked to complete an online survey. Within 30 minutes of submitting the survey an understanding and apologetic
