Carrabba's Italian Grill

My fiancé and I love coming to this restaurant every time we visit Jacksonville! Mike “the singer” is the reason we come to this place. He is an AMAZING person with a soul made of gold! Went my first time , they took me and my family Immediately to a table .. but the table was dirty had us standing there while they cleaned it off they handed us menus that were dirty as well with food and sticky stuff stuck to them , we had to ask another waiter for utensils since our waiter didn’t bring us any. We got our food my chicken was seasoned and tasted good my mashed potatoes were cold and didn’t taste right. My husband got a steak and it was so chewy. The staff is nice , but could of been cleaner and organized and wished the food was better.

Staff was friendly and had really good service but the food was terrible. I had the chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta and meat sauce and my pasta tasted like seafood. The plate overall was very bland. We also had the chicken Marsala which was very bland. If you want overpriced under-seasoned food go to Carrabas. I will not be returning.
