Carrabba's Italian Grill

It took us over an hour to be seated, almost 45 minutes to get our food and it was just okay. They are so short staffed for severs and line cooks that they just couldn't keep up. It's not the place I use to going to. They definitely have changed over time. I hope they can turn it around, we really do enjoy going there. All that being said, the staff that was there, were friendly, apologetic and very accommodating.

Giving this place 1 star because we never ate any of the food. Could NOT! Why 1st it was so cold in there my husband and I could see our breath. Then after placing drink & app order, looked around…like you do. The amount of mold growing on the ceiling was insane. How can that be. Took a trip to the restroom with my head on a swivel. This place was disgusting! How is this allowed in a place that serves food. Needless to say, we canceled out entire order and got out of there asap.

Just had a celebration dinner there and everything from start to finish was perfect! Our waiter, Darius, was fantastic - he offered great suggestions and advice. Chuck, the manager, was also there and he checked in - seemed to be well-invested in the customer having a positive experience. The food was excellent. The lentil and sausage soup is always a hit. The chicken trio is a piece of heaven on a plate! The cannoli cake was amazing - highly recommend!
