I have been going to the Carrabba's Italian Grill in Altamonte Springs FL for many years.The place is well maintained and have wonderful and friendly staff. The food, to me, has been consistently delicious. The waitress/server Faith was very courteous, attentive with her tables, and knowledgeable with excellent suggestions. I tried the Rigatoni Martino - Sautéed mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan and romano cheese tossed with rigatoni pasta in our tomato cream sauce topped with scallions and ricotta salata option of soup or salad, I chose salad. All the reasons I love about the restaurant.
If you are craving for really good pasta, this is a great option. The food was really good, and the same for the service. Mind, the place can get really busy, both inside and curbside, but the few extra minutes are worth it.
I went to lunch today and a wrong plate was brought to our table and a m8nute later someone recognized it and came and took it. Another minute past and a second wrong order came to our table. This time it took two minutes or so before they realized it and came back for it. From there they brought both plates to a different table. Talking about health safety and contamination. We got three plates, the chicken bryan, chicken marsala, and steak marsala. All 3 were overcooked with chicken bryan being the most acceptable
