Today I went to eat with my husband at the Carraba’s restaurant in Allentown. Whenever I have gone with my husband I have had a pleasant experience, the food was very delicious and the service was very good, buy today I the experience was terrible. We have to leave without eating because we were waiting 1 hour for the food and maybe longer. More people began to arrive after us and we saw that they were served salads and then food and we were served nothing I mean we eat salad and bread but the main food never was served. We told the waitress that if our food was not served in 5 minute that we should leave, he went to check and the food was not prepared, incredible. I complained to what I believe to be the manager who in fact was uneducated and very rude, she did nothing and she didn’t even go to the table to apologize or even to offer us a raincheck. Terrible service, I think we won’t return. I don’t know the manager’s name because I was so upset that I didn’t even ask for the name, bu
