omg omg OMG!!! you need to RUN-dont walk- R U N to carolina crabhouse in tanger outlets right. this. second! my boyfriend and i are huge foodies and we’ve tried so many seafood places and have NEVER been as impressed with the quality, quantity, and timing of the food as we are with carolina crabhouse in tanger outlets. this is the juiciest and most flavorful seafood i’ve ever had in my life. it is most certainly a hidden gem and they deserve so much more attention. the staff is very kind and welcoming. we were sat immediately and our appetizer came out within 10 minutes of us ordering and the entree we shared (signature combo: snow crab and jumbo shrimp). the service was phenomenal but the food is one of a kind. the calamari and mozzarella were also amazing but the real star of the show tonight was the seafood broil we had. the portion of the seafood was perfect for two people… and my boyfriend and i eat A LOT !!! i’m surprised we had leftovers! but really, go make reservations RIGHT N

Not sure what we expected when we walked in. To be sure the ambiance wasn’t the greatest. We went early (5pm) and there were just a few patrons. Not one to give up, my party of 3 forged ahead. We were seated at a no frills table covered with butcher paper, given bibs, gloves and menus. Not sure where to begin we let the waitress guide us to the low country boil combo specials. We each ordered a combo complete with our choice of spice level and marinade. In a jiff we received our orders served in a non assuming plastic bag. No utensils just gloves so we all dove in. Let me assure you this was one of the best seafood meals we have experienced!! I had a half pound of peel and eat shrimp along with 1/2 pound of crab legs. They were perfectly seasoned and delicious!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an unassuming dining experience and delightful food.

This restaurant was the absolute best restaurant I ever ate at. Everything was incredible. If you are not eating here you are making a huge mistake. Incredible. Amazing. Highly recommend!!!
