Carol Stream - Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Favorite deep dish pizza in Chicago. My family has been going for years and we will definitely continue for years to come. The butter crust and sauce are particularly good in my opinion. This location has always gotten our order right, and staff is always quick and friendly.

We love their Malnati salad and The Lou pizza. Very impressed with customer service today. Driver forgot the salad dressing, he was very apologetic. The manager Tyler immediately drove the salad dressing to our place, along with a whole bottle of their Sweet Vinaigrette! Mistakes can happen everywhere, so nice when a place makes it right!

Website for this store offers you cans of soda. I ordered 6 cans of coke. I did not receive the coke (nor was I charged for it). I call the store to let them know that their website is broken and they tell me that they don't even sell cans of coke. This should be a crime. They are offering products they don't carry. Perhaps I would have ordered from somewhere that does? The world is just filled with scammers.
