Caro Mio Italian Restaurant

Absolutely one of my favorite places in the city for Italian food. You can tell everything is made with love. The homemade rigatoni is my guilty pleasure!

Very disappointed with this dining experience. Dinner started out on a bad note when the bread was brought to the table.Two pieces of ordinary white bread. The kind that if you were in jail they would use to make a baloney sandwich. Then I said to myself I hope the salad is better.Then I realized the entre did not come with soup or salad. The main entre was decent nothing great. The place is small and the acoustics are terrible. The place was almost empty but you couldn't keep a conversation going because of the noise from another table. My friend had dessert which was terra massou( probably spelled wrong) which cost $10. He said it was about 80% whip cream. When seeing a place has good reviews I often think that there are a lot illegitimate positive reviews submitted by management. I think this is the case here.

Lovely! Great service. Yummy lobster ravioli. So fresh and delicious. Fantastic service. The atmosphere is very nice ????
