Carnitas Express Madison

Miserable experience. No one wanted to seat us, talk to us, give us SILVERWARE but the real kicker is when we asked if it was margarita happy and the new girl had to ask, comes back to us and says “yup!” Happy hour margaritas. However when the bill arrived we were charged full price and even after asking the MANAGER “sunshine” she said that’s “too bad” and we’re sorry but “she’s new” how is that OUR fault that she’s new and that when she asked she told us the complete opposite. Anyway, the food took forever, was mediocre and the service is abysmal. Avoid.

I really really enjoyed our server this morning! Breakfast tasted wonderful. Love their large patio with all the beautiful plants and flowers. Parking: Parking has never been an issue for me here. Wheelchair accessibility: The front door entrance is large and accessible

Other than the iceberg lettuce in my salad and the cheap blue cheese dressing that tasted like it was from a bottle, (definitely not homemade) the experience was okay. Service was okay but it is somewhat loud and distracting inside because there's no insulation from carpet and most of their decor is metal hanging ornaments so sound resonates; better to sit outside if the weather is nice and of course when isn't it?
