The bone marrow is a must. This was the first place I have gone that served it and I have to say it was to die for. Absolutely amazing! We hoth had a 16 ounce ribe eye as well and they cooked to perfection!
The staff was fun, engaging, and professional, and multiple times at our table, the words, “this is the best steak of my life” were shared. Would recommend and will be back! The environment is modern and well decorated, but I found the chairs to be uncomfortable for a 2+ hour meal, and the place was SO LOUD—on a Wednesday night even. We had to *yell* across the 4-person table to have conversation. Certainly not an intimate steakhouse ambiance, but more tolerable if you have a few drinks in you.
Great steakhouse in downtown Milwaukee! it doesn't really look like your classic steakhouse from the outside. Located in a bit of an up and coming area is this modern steakhouse. We made reservations to celebrate my husbands birthday, and upon arrival, he was treated with a "Happy Birthday!". They took our coats and lead us to our table. The decor is a bit cave themed and reminded me of the cave where the hyenas live in Lion King. After getting to our table and handed the menus, they really paid attention to detail and made you feel special, with a custom birthday menu. (Same menu, just with "Happy Birthday" along the top) served up with some warm bread and butter. So many great menu options! We got a bottle of wine from the expansive wine list. We both enjoyed a bowl of the Lobster Bisque and steak, with sides of mini twice baked potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms. Everything was so good!
