Got home and the bottom of one of the buns had MOLD. They also forgot one of our four sandwiches while mentioning to "do the survey" or "review the service" multiple times. Had to go back inside to get our full order initially. Had to go back again to report the problem, and to their credit, we got a full refund
Worst experience at a Carl’s Jr. ever. First they forgot our zucchini we had to drive all the way back to replace it they didn’t offer us anything for such a huge inconvenience but to replace the zucchini so of course our entire order got cold / soggy as we waited for the zucchini got home opened my western bacon cheeseburger there’s no cheese it’s just a plain burger with barbecue sauce. So now we have to drive all the way back again as the other food gets more cold and soggy including our zucchini now to get the burger I ordered & they replaced it with ANOTHER PLAIN BURGER with out cheese so had to drive back a 3RD time & they offer us NOTHING for the inconvenience even though gas is so expensive & due to their mistakes we have had to drive back to the restaurant 3 TIMES they offer us nothing for such a horrific experience. My husband now has told me we can’t order Carl’s Jr. near our home again ☹️ Would be nice if some form of customer service was offered to us from a manager or co
