I absolutely love Carl’s Jr.. But every time I come here it seems like support staff is much kinder than management. Some of the managers are really great, but the one that I see often genuinely lacks some customer service skills. I could say thank you three times and he wouldn’t say you’re welcome once.
Love carls junior. Went to this specific location. I asked if they had their value chicken sandwich the manager informed me They haven’t had that sandwich for years. Passed by their last window with a huge sign that said their value chicken sandwich. Wow, live and learn!
It took 10 mins to get a chocolate shake and med fire other people were getting there burgers and fries before me when I ordered before them. I will not go back.
