Carl's Jr.

Went back today and same thing happened. We and another car were asked to pull over to wait for our orders. After pulling over, we were brought our food but they forgot the shake. Had to wait a little longer to get the shake brought back out. Again, everything was accurate but be prepared to pull over. They were understaffed and we had to pull over from the drive through and wait along with three other people to get our order. Took about 15 minutes. But at least our order was accurate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me they were doing shift change so they couldn't take orders and it would take 30-45 minutes. That's ridiculous I've worked in fast food and it shouldn't take you more than 5-10. Do better.

Dallas should have more Carl's Jr around these are very fresh, tasty, and delicious burgers, I'm glad that I have one around the corner. Keep up the good work guys, I wouldn't change a Carl's Jr for a McDonald's ever, McDonald's is trash.
