Carl's Jr.

This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my life. As this is our local Carl's Jr we have tried to give it a chance time and time again for the past 2 years. 9 times out of 10 the wait will be 15 mins to get your order through drive through, even if there is only one car in front of you, also you have 50% chance your order will be right. Tonight was the last straw, I decided to go in the restaurant to potential get a better expenience. Boy was I wrong. To start the manager ignored me for a few minutes (no one else was in the restaurant at all). He then advised he would be with me shortly. When I was finally served I was over charged. 10 mins later I was given my food by the manager who I watched packed it. I had to request my drinks which he forgot. I then got home to find he had also no packed the French fries for any of the meals. Something is seriously wrong with the way they do things in this Carl's Jr and it need to be fixed.

Ordered a triple western combo with guacamole. I got a smashed bun, a single smashed meat with a chunk missing. Just moved into the area but it’s the last time I throw away my money here.

I ordered 3 items, asked for 3 ranches. Was told I'd have to pay for 2 of them. First time that's ever happened. I questioned it, and eventually she gave them to me as a "discount ". But they also gave cold fries, cold onion rings, cold burgers. Be careful about complaining when they control your food. Who knows if that's all that was wrong with the order. Do not go there. Not worth the worry.
