excellent customer service today my family and I went and the ladies in front they explained the whole menu to us and they had the patience for us since we are a big family and we ordered big… thank you very much we will be back soon for those delicious hamburgers

I used to think it was weird that Carl’s junior would sell hamburgers with no bun. But about two years ago I was told to go off wheat by my doctor. And it turned out that we was the problem! so now, I’m gluten-free. And I really appreciate a Carl’s Jr. burger wrapped in lettuce with no bun… I’ve even begun to like it. Like Yum! So thank you Carl’s Jr. for accommodating

Ordered a number 5 got home and it was the wrong burger. Took it back and should have checked the new one before leaving because it was a number 5 but not made correctly. It was missing the onions which gives it a good flavor. And also was not fresh of the grill as if the pattys sit there for a long time. Will not be returning at all. This location has gone way downhill. None of the food is ever freshly made. Last 3 times my fries were warm at best and soggy. And one of the times the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time.
