I'm kind of skeptical of street meat but the guy at the stand was fun and friendly and sparked really good conversation while preparing the food. The chip bags are small and the soda is can, but it's to be expected at a hotdog stand.
The jalapeño cheddar is amazing! Carlos is also super friendly. I only wish these were available on the weekend (though, for the sake of my waistline, thank goodness they’re not!). 10/10 recommend while in Downtown StL
Carlos is amazing, he's been cooking food on this corner for at least a decade - great guy, always nice, smiling, and the food is amazing and always at a good price (especially now a days!)
