Caribbean Cuba

Holy smokes! I didn't know how much I needed this in my life! I had the Fricassee de pollo and my wife had the Fricassee de puerco (I had stewed chicken she had stewed pork) we also tried the empenadas, cuban coffee, cafe con leches (frufru milk and coffee for when you're feeling boujie),and smoothies I can't even begin to spell or pronounce. Everything was perfect. The coffees were perfect starters, but would have also worked post meal. The meat was so tender, juicy, and fall apart just like you would want, just perfect. The black beans were flavorful and tender. The plantains were crispy but not hard. It was a delightful experience all the way around. Our server was friendly, very helpful, and considerate as neither I, or my wife have much experience with cuban cuisine. 10/10 absolutely recommend, we'll be back...and we have to drive from Mckinney.

A hidden gem! Waitress was very friendly and accommodated me wanting to substitute items. I ended up getting the Cuban sandwich with fried plantains. I can honestly say that this was the best sandwich I have ever had out of ANY sandwich, not just a Cuban. Also the fried plantains were perfectly sweet and soft on the inside and fried just right on the outside. I can not wait to go back and try something eles!! Woyld absolutely recommend to anyone that loves food!

Fist time here It was not to pack but did start to get busy so I came in on a good time on a Friday around 1:30pm. The food was great the service was awesome. Will be back to try more on the menu
