How sad is it there's only one Nemo's location left and it's not even in Chicago? I used to go to the one on Ashland until it closed rather suddenly a few years ago. Now even the original one in Rogers Park closed because a bureaucrat at city Hall was refusing to renew their food service license until they paid some old fine left over from the Ashland location (seemingly they closed it to resolve whatever the issue was, well the city logged it as a fine anyway and then held their RP location hostage for it). So the owner closed that one too, and now Nemo's is only in this one last spot in the North Shore suburbs. Anyway, you get quality sandwiches at Nemo's. I like how ordering a whole sandwich actually gets you two individually wrapped halves. It's easier to eat one and take the other home for later. I like that they have two different liverwurst sandwiches here. They also have a special sub called a Balboa that was created by some kids in a home ec class at New Trier. It's a really g
