Very cool setting, with a casual but sophisticated vibe. I was very impressed with the food quality; I had the bourbon steak, which was grilled to perfection. My wife had the seafood trio, which was great as well. I would also highly recommend the old fashioned. We will definitely be back for another date night.
I threw my sister’s bridal shower at CQ this weekend and it was perfect! We reserved the river desk for about 30 people and chose 6 appetizers for our party to munch on throughout the shower. Lauren was so helpful in planning and Patrick and Butters did so great taking care of us. 100% would recommend for any special occasion.
My wife took me to this place for our anniversary this year and it was absolutely wonderful. She made a reservation but it was fairly quiet being a Wednesday so it did not take us long to get in and get seated. My wife asked for the manager, due to her allergies, and he came right over and discussed various menu items with her to find out what she could order. Our server was a very nice young lady, who seemed to be fairly new but was still able to do her job, that took our drink order and then scurried off. After a while, she came back and brought our drinks and took our order. I had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus and my wife had a seafood plate that included shrimp and grits. There was a little miscommunication regarding some of the sauces and she ended up scraping a spicy sauce off of some of her food but it was still salvageable. After we ate enough to satisfy us, we ordered dessert. I got a delicious bread pudding with a bourbon caramel sauce and my wife got The Derb
