My second time here at this awesome after 4 years. I've been wanting to come back ever since and Finally made it. Want to try some authentic crabs and crab cakes? Look no further and set the GPS to Captain James. I will say there's no better spot then this, great food and great service staff. Parking: They have planty space for your vehicle so no need to be struggle circling around.
Great restaurant. Humble appearance, but great food. Best meal I’ve had in years. Not only was the food was cooked perfectly, but the presentation was great as well. Calamari was not over fried, but was soft and had good quality squid. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was amazing and rich. Potatoes were seasoned really well.
This is my first time here, as I chose to celebrate my birthday close to family members I haven’t seen in a while. Whenever I’m in Baltimore Bo Books, G&M, and Jimmy’s were the seafood restaurants I usually attend. However, Captain James is a great place too! The octopus appetizer was crunchy and tasted to perfection. For the crabs they added old bay (which I love). They weren’t as meaty as I would like, though the taste and texture was there. The food was great!
