Captain D's

Bad Experience on Thursday May 5, 2022 at the Trussville location. I had a gift card that a 75 year old lady had gifted me with for my birthday. I was on my way to class and had left home almost forty miles away extra early just to get Captain D's for my dinner before class. The young lady took the order and said drive around. I went on to the drive thru window, I was given the total, she handed me the food, I gave her the gift card etc. The young lady then said that the card wasn't working. She scanned it and swiped it. Another young person came to the window and tried to help out, she said the same thing, then said with an attitude what are you going to do, pay for it? I said that I couldn't because I had no money, I only had that card. That young person leaned forward and took the bag out of my hands before calling the manager to see if they could check the card or make it work. I thought that was rude of her. I don't plan to ever visit that location again and none of my people will

This place has made a complete turn around. PLEASE ???? KEEP ???? THIS ???? STAFF ????. This place was one of those places that you only went to when you forgot how bad the service was. Definitely not anymore. You guys have a great crew right now! Please keep them.
