The wait is ridiculous! Drive-thru reached the speaker at 9:33 p.m. It's 9:55 p.m., guess their waiting to say their closed. WTH! Soooo, they say speaker not working but there's not any signage in sight. Spoke with manager who stated her name is Jasmine but employee called her by a different name. Hey, what about those four bags of food with at least two plates on the bin for their take home dinner!! Find people who actually want to work!
Server wasnt very friendly. Felt rushed to complete my order. Got my food fast,but its because I was given cold fries and bad mac and cheese. Its was very dark and seemed as tho it had been sitting out for quite some time. Wont be back.
My experience today 9/14/22 was a pretty good one, the manager was on her A game and the young men working the kitchen were very diligent, I would definitely return!
