7/22 UPDATE: THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. She told me her name was Latisha but she did not have on a name tag so I do not know how true that was. I was told by another manager to bring back my fish (that was raw) so it could be recooked. This was a huge inconvenience. Never once did anyone say “we apologize for your inconvenience” but I was just grateful that they were going to recook it because I had already threw my receipt away. It had only been one hour later and I had already got home and comfortable but was still hungry so I just went back so they could fix it. When I got there Latisha had the absolute nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced in food service. She honestly scared me. She told me I could not get anything redone without a receipt. I explained to her that the other manager told me to come back and that this was a big inconvenience because I hadn’t eaten yet and I had to drive 20 mins just to come back. Ordered 1 piece of fish and funnel sticks. NEVER SAID ANYTHING about Spicey!!! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!! And the person at the window acted really put out when I asked for my receipt, whh hi icu had I actually read it the whole bag would have been given back to her!! Not only was I given a SPICEY piece of fish that I’m not able to eat, but the one bite I did take was so cold, greasy, and burnt I almost picked it right back out!! The site as hell wasn’t worth the $6+ O was charged, not even worth 6cents!!

Haven't had Captain D's in a very long time.... 3 years to be exact. I was so excited to enjoy their fish, coleslaw and hush puppies. But once I tasted the fish it was soooooooooo salty....!!!!!
