Good food but bad people can ruin your lunch. Used to go twice a week for our office. We have over 300 people in our building. Having to deal with negative people or not get things right has messed it up over there. They don't like work, they don't like coupons, they don't seem to like people. they closed dining room for years and it's now back open. Just had lunch. decent food. higher prices. specials are nice. need air conditioner fixed and a nicer manager lady but it's maybe a work in progress..
49% of the time I choose a place to eat by name; 51% of the time by the response of the staff. I will never eat at Panda Express again! I am replacing them with Capt'n Ds. The lady at the drive thru had an attitude that said, "Happy to serve you!" Being exmilirary, "HAPPY TO SERVE" is worth its weight in gold!!
We just went thru the drive thru and ordered a 10 piece fish dinner. The fish was dark brown and tasted like old grease. The crunchies were of course the same. None of the fish was edible. The hush puppies, green beans and coleslaw was marginal. Not sure what is going on here, but it's usually a pretty good place to eat. We won't be back for awhile, no receipt means no refund. ????
