Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

The Bobbi was a favorite of my wife and I when we lived in the Las Vegas area. The Bobby was FULL of Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce etc. A real Thanksgiving feast in a sandwich. We were very excited when Capriotti's opened up here in Happy Valley, only to be disappointed on how little turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce was served to us, also, sandwiching seemed much drier than we were used to. Basically all I could taste was bread and a hint of Turkey..... That's an expensive sandwich for just a whole bunch of bread and what seemed like a sliver of Turkey.... Management should ask themselves if they would spend that much money on a whole bunch of bread and a sliver of Turkey. DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Got the Bobbie. Same recipe as in LV. SOOO GOOD!! My friend got the golden cheesesteak. She is now sold too!! I am so happy they are in Happy Valley!

Was hesitant going in with the current reviews but hear me out. Place is outstanding. The carved turkey and wagyu beef was perfection. The fries were thinly cut and perfectly salted (no need for chips). First time here and now going to be a regular. Ask for the cookie to be warmed, came out gooey and perfect cherry on top for whole experience. Staff was super friendly as well.
