Visiting Paris, TX on our road trip and this place comes highly recommended on Google. Once you experience the service and the food, you'll understand why! They are short'staffed like every other business in the world, but that doesn't impact the quick and friendly service. The manager (owner) stopped by and told us about how fresh everything thing is. The pasta is not boxed and clearly handmade. Apparently it's made nearby and brought in twice a week. All the sauces are scratch made, the veggies and cheese cut in the kitchen daily. The prices are fantastic and the portions are generous. My only suggestion: the eggplant parm sub needs seasoning; perhaps some more salt and garlic. Definitely a popular place with the locals and worth a visit if you're ever in Paris, TX!
