While visiting our son in Greenville we tried the downtown "farmers market"and saw this restaurant. We so wanted this place to be good, but unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before trying them. Very long cook times for mediocre over priced sort of Mexican food. The venue on Main Street is nice however the dining experience is definitely lacking in all regards. Their issues are not staffing related like so many other restaurants, rather poor exexution and terrible recipes. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
My wife and I came for dinner randomly and are really happy! Great service and the food was delicious. The chips and salsa were on point and fresh - and they really delivered more then expected. I read some reviews saying it was pricey and it wasn't cheap but wasn't overpriced either and IT'S DOWNTOWN - so yes, it will cost more! Well worth the price in my opinion!
Today I ate the best chilaquiles in Downtown Greenville. A good portion and a reasonable price. Thank you Cantinflas.
